The cleanliness was great 🧼 I enjoyed a super clean King Guest Room, but the hard bed and noise from the AC were a bit of a bummer.

Great way to end our trip. Fairly clean hotel in a new building near a shopping area as well as restaurants. Extremely comfy bed in the brand-new and clean room. Particularly good location, close to Indianapolis airport...

The queen room was modern. The setting was quite great within easy reach of an open mall.

The King Guest Room was clean and had modern amenities. The location is great, just steps away from shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the air conditioning, but it rattled a lot was great. Breakfast options were limited, and I found the pricing disappointing compared to what was offered. Having to call for the shuttle was a hassle, especially after arriving at the airport. I would have appreciated more communication about those services. The staff on duty tried to help, a positive aspect amidst the inconveniences.

The Double Queen Room felt spacious enough for a family, giving a decent amount of room to move about without feeling cramped. The overall cleanliness of the room left a positive impression, with everything in order when we arrived.

The lobby lacks any real coziness. It's just another run-of-the-mill airport hotel setup. I found the curtains frustratingly ineffective. They barely block out any light, which ruined my sleep quality. The air conditioning unit was annoyingly loud. I had to turn it off because it rattled too much. A light in the coffee nook couldn't be turned off, causing more glare than necessary when trying to rest. These small annoyances stacked up, detracting from an otherwise decent stay.

Just an optimal selection for a brief stop-in in Plainfield with excellent value for money. The cleanliness of the King Guest Room was excellent, making my stay feel comfortable. Bring earplugs to cope with any noise from the air conditioning unit.

Had a great group trip with friends! The location was perfect, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We tried some local winery tours and spent cozy evenings on the patio near the fire pit. The clean Double Queen Room was just right for us, and the staff were super nice.

One thing was the breakfast options. They could've used a bit more variety. My friend had dietary restrictions and found it hard to find suitable choices.

Couples getaway worth it

We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night with the fire pit going, sipping drinks and just relaxing. One night I had a brief chat with the staff, Danielle, she was super friendly and genuinely seemed happy to have us around!

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable for the experience we had.

The staff at this hotel is incredibly helpful and courteous. the rooms are brand new, clean, and located in a hip venue. - the hotel's location behind the mall from the main entrance is marvelous. - It is conveniently situated close to shops, restaurants, the airport, and a shopping area.
